DCBS Training Records Information System (DCBS-TRIS)
The DCBS-TRIS system captures DCBS Staff training records and training activities conducted by the DCBS Training Branch. Team members work closely with Regional Training Coordinators and Assistants, University Training Consortium Staff, and the Training Branch Trainers and Staff. Team members who work with this system are responsible for posting training information on the Online Registration System (ORS), processing training registrations and participant lodging requests, capturing training records, and capturing evaluation data for scheduled training events. The DCBS-TRIS system provides comprehensive data for customized and special reports for DCBS. The system provides aggregate data on training hours, training participants, and budgetary information in relation to training events, training needs assessment, prerequisite notification, staff demographics and other related information.
