Description:
The Workers Information SysTem is a computer software program designed specifically for the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Protection and Permanency Division. The program allows Social Service Workers to record and retrieve information about their cases. Secretaries and support staff are a vital part of helping workers and supervisors enter and retrieve information in TWIST. Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to enter a DCBS-115, open a new referral, search for various information in TWIST, transfer and accept the transfer of cases in TWIST, and enter Contact screens for general family, child and adult protection cases in TWIST.
Secretaries, Social Service Aides and staff in other program areas are invited to attend.
