Description:
This training is designed to target new employees in the month of hire. Participants should attend this training shortly after attending New Employee Orientation (NEO). Training participants will include all new DCBS employees. Training content will target cross-functional components such as maltreatment, poverty, reporting laws, safeguarding information, and customer service skills. This training will introduce employees to all DCBS program areas. A brief overview of Comprehensive Family Services (CFS) will be provided.
