Description:
This 1.5 day refresher will include practice and policy review on several elements of Food Benefits eligibility including workshops on benefit calculations, income, documentation, deductions and general Food Benefits Procedures.
This training is mandatory for all employees who process or review Food Benefits cases to include SRAAs, Caseworkers, Principal Caseworkers, Field Service Supervisors, and Program Specialists.
