Description:
This training is intended for Jefferson County DCBS Family Support Supervisors, and SRAA’s. Staff will learn how to navigate the CTS system, including: entering a contact, searching for previous contacts, following up on client contact, and entering information into the system appropriately. This training will take place in a computer lab and will provide an opportunity for an interactive learning experience.
